WYD Promotion Run #2

Sunday, December 9th 2007

The weekends of December 1st - 9th saw the Promotion Team in full force once again. Our mission was to promote the most special event of our year - the WYD Cross and Icon Visit with the Vietnamese Catholic Community.

We also wanted to spread the word about WYD08 Registration: it's time to register!!

A huge thank you to Steven Pham who designed our fabulous and very popular WYD For Beginners booklet. Every Vietnamese household in Sydney should now have at least one (or... five) in their possession - we handed out thousands...!

Many thanks to both the old and the new volunteers who gave up their weekends to inject their brilliant energy into this second Promotion run. We were proud to see a strong LDTNCG contingent at each mass. You have all made our community aware that WYD IS COMING!
